Life Coaching
I work with individuals who know they are meant for more, but feel stuck. People who are highly sensitive, caring, and intuitive, yet haven’t fully accessed their full power because they’ve spent their life putting others before them. People who are ready to work through their physical, emotional, and spiritual blocks to step into their highest self.
We will:
- explore and work towards your goals
- identify limitations and/or barriers to your goals
- shift core beliefs that are holding you back from freedom
- move through any challenges or triggers that come up along the way
- process experiences you are going through with a holistic, spiritual, & occupational therapy lens
$180/Session
Distance Reiki
This will be a 70-minute experience, with 50-60 minutes of reiki that continues to integrate over the following 3 days, and 10-20 minutes of check-in pre/post reiki. This can help you with physical, emotional, and spiritual challenges. We will also utilize reiki energy to integrate positive affirmations into your belief system to help you change core limiting beliefs and harmful patterns of behavior.
Common sensations during and/or after a distance reiki session:
- deep relaxation
- a sense of being in a trance / a “floaty” feeling
- tingling
- heat
- visions or insights
- increased feelings of love for self/other
- decreased physical pain
- emotional release (through crying or intense dreams) as negative/shadow energy exits your system
Sliding Scale $60-80
In-Person Reiki
COMING SOON to women, non-binary and transgender individuals in the Bay Area, CA. Feel free to reach out for an in-home session until I secure a studio space.
Typical experience of an in-person reiki session is similar to that of a distance reiki session, with a few slight differences:
- heat may be felt on the body where I place my hands
- gentle pressure will be felt on the body where I place my hands
- co-regulation occurs between myself and the client

– 50 min reiki, 10 minute intake, 10 minute outtake
90 Minute Session – Sliding Scale $120-150
– Full Body (Front Body, Head & Back Body)
– 70 min reiki, 10 minute intake, 10 minute outtake
